Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians at all times on the day of the match.
Any ticket holder entering the stadium accompanied by children must obtain, carry and present at any time, upon request of the authorities, the necessary authorization from the minor’s parents or legal guardians, as may be established by local regulations.

Wheelchair user: these are for fans with manual or electric wheelchairs or scooters that have either three or four wheels; with maximum dimensions of 70cm in width and 130cm in length; a maximum turning radius of 90cm; a maximum turning circle of 1.5m x 1.5m; and a maximum speed of 6km/h
Easy access standard: these tickets are for people with disabilities and/ or limited mobility who do not need a wheelchair user place but require seating with easy access that is close to accessible amenities (e.g. accessible toilets)
Extra-wide easy access: this type of ticket is for adults (over 18 years of age) with a BMI of at least 40
Companion tickets: this type of ticket is for people assisting an accessibility ticketholder with general guidance, guidance through crowds, accessing food & beverage facilities and toilet facilities.

Accessibility tickets are non-transferable. If used by an unauthorized person who cannot provide the required proof of eligibility, the tickets may be cancelled on-site and entry denied.
