When will the tournament take place? The tournament runs from December 10 to December 17, 2025, at Ahmed Bin Ali stadium in Doha, Qatar.
Where can I buy tickets? Tickets will be available to purchase on RoadtoQatar.qa
Can I buy tickets on match days at the stadium? No, if tickets are still available, you can purchase via the RoadtoQatar.qa. We recommend purchasing early to secure your seat.
Can I request a refund? No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Will I receive a physical ticket? No. Tickets for the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2025™ will be digital only. Your ticket(s) will be delivered on Road to Qatar app. Keep your eyes on your inbox, so we can notify you once tickets are delivered to your app.
Does my child need a separate ticket to enter the stadium on match day? Yes. Each spectator attending the match is required to have their own ticket.

Can children enter the stadium alone without parents or guardians?

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians at all times on the day of the match.

Any ticket holder entering the stadium accompanied by children must obtain, carry and present at any time, upon request of the authorities, the necessary authorization from the minor’s parents or legal guardians, as may be established by local regulations.
Will I know my seat location when I purchase a ticket? No. You will be informed of your ticket category, but your specific seat will only be confirmed once you receive your tickets via Road to Qatar app.
Can I use a relative's or friend's payment card to pay for my tickets? No, payment with your personal payment card is a material obligation under the Ticket Sales Agreement and you must be the named payment card holder. If you provide payment card information from a payment card of a third party with your application, your application will be rejected.
I have attempted to pay online, however my payment has been unsuccessful. What should I do?

If your online payment has not gone through, please try the following steps:

Check your details – Ensure that the card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address you entered are correct.
Are accessibility tickets available? If you would like to purchase accessibility tickets, please reach out to accessibility-fic@sc.qa
How can local/international fans request tickets as fans of the club? All local and international team supporters of the participating clubs, should submit their ticket requests for the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2025™ through their respective clubs.

Accessible Ticket Types

Wheelchair user: these are for fans with manual or electric wheelchairs or scooters that have either three or four wheels; with maximum dimensions of 70cm in width and 130cm in length; a maximum turning radius of 90cm; a maximum turning circle of 1.5m x 1.5m; and a maximum speed of 6km/h

Easy access standard: these tickets are for people with disabilities and/ or limited mobility who do not need a wheelchair user place but require seating with easy access that is close to accessible amenities (e.g. accessible toilets)

Extra-wide easy access: this type of ticket is for adults (over 18 years of age) with a BMI of at least 40

Companion tickets: this type of ticket is for people assisting an accessibility ticketholder with general guidance, guidance through crowds, accessing food & beverage facilities and toilet facilities.

How to Apply for Accessibility Tickets

Step 1: Email us at accessibility-fic@sc.qa

Step 2: You will receive an automated reply with a form. Please complete it and attach:

  • Proof of Eligibility (PoE): e.g., Qatar Society for the Rehabilitation of People with Special Needs ID, equivalent disability authority card, or certified medical certificate. (Applications without PoE will not be considered.)

Step 3: Once approved, you will receive a payment link to complete your purchase.

Holders must carry their Proof of Eligibility when entering the stadium.
Accessibility tickets are non-transferable. If used by an unauthorized person who cannot provide the required proof of eligibility, the tickets may be cancelled on-site and entry denied.
