No. Tickets for the Qatar Football Festival 2026 will be digital only. Tickets can only be purchased on RoadtoQatar.qa. Upon purchase, tickets will then be sent to the Road to Qatar official ticketing app (iOS / Android).

2. You will receive an automated response with a link to a form that must be filled out with the following details:

Proof of Eligibility (PoE): Accepted documents include Qatar Society for the Rehabilitation of People with Special Needs ID cards, or similar memberships from disability authorities in your respective country; an updated and certified medical certificate outlining your need for accessibility tickets

Note: Ticket applications without PoE will not be considered

Preferred type of ticket: Accessibility tickets are offered in three types: Wheelchair User, Easy Access, and Easy Access Extra-Width

Your choice of match: Kindly indicate which match you would like to attend

Accessible parking: All stadiums offer a limited number of dedicated accessible parking spaces. Parking passes will be distributed closer to match days, on a first-come, first-served basis

3. Once our team has reviewed and accepted your request for accessibility tickets, you will receive a payment link to finalise your purchase.

All accessibility ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Accessibility tickets cannot be transferred to anyone other than the original applicant.

Upon entrance to the stadium, Accessibility Ticket holders must always carry and present, upon request, their Proof of Eligibility (PoE) documents.

Kindly be respectful to other fans and only apply for these tickets if you truly require them. They are limited in number due to stadium configuration.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with your exact seat location at the time of purchase, but please note this is not an official ticket. You will receive your tickets via the Road to Qatar official ticketing app (iOS / Android) at a later stage.

LOC Ticketing or the relevant stadium authorities may determine and change the seat location for a given ticket at any time, including after purchase and on the day of the match, provided that the new seat is in the same ticket category or in a category with a higher face value (only if a seat in your originally selected category is unavailable). 

Please note that it is not possible to request a change of seat that is allocated to you.

Accessibility Tickets All stadiums hosting matches during the Qatar Football Festival offer a barrier-free experience to disabled fans.

Accessibility Ticket Types Accessibility Tickets are reserved solely for purchase by disabled people and people with limited mobility only. They are offered in three types:

• Wheelchair User: Tickets available to users of wheelchairs and mobility scooters designed for transportation of people with limited mobility and other medical conditions. Spectators with a Wheelchair User ticket will be permitted to enter the stadium with a manual or electric wheelchair or a mobility scooter. For safety and security reasons, manual or electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters need to fulfil certain basic requirements: they can have 3-4 wheels; the maximum dimensions are 70cm in width and 130cm in length; the maximum turning radius is 90cm; the maximum turning width is 150cm; and their maximum speed must not be above 6km/h.
• Easy Access Standard: Tickets for disabled people, people with limited mobility and people with other medical conditions. These seats are for disabled people and people with limited mobility who do not need a reserved space for a wheelchair but require seating with easy access that is close to accessible amenities (e.g. accessible toilets).
• Easy Access Extra-Width: Tickets for people (adults over 18 years of age) with a minimum body mass index (BMI) of 40kg/m2.

One complimentary companion ticket is granted with Wheelchair User and Easy Access Standard tickets; Easy Access Extra-Width tickets do not include a companion ticket.
