Will I receive a refund for my ticket?
Yes. All ticket purchases will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method used during purchase. Ticket holders do not need to take any action to initiate the refund.
Do I need to apply for or request my refund?
No. The refund process will be handled automatically, and ticket holders do not need to submit any forms or requests.
When will the refund process begin?
The refund process will begin immediately after the cancellation has been officially confirmed. Ticket holders will receive a separate email notification confirming the cancellation and outlining the refund process.
How long will it take for the refund to appear in my account?
Once the refund has been processed, it may take up to 30 days for the funds to appear in your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
How will the refund be issued?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket, such as:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Digital payment method (if applicable)
Refunds cannot be transferred to another payment method.

Will the LOC manage refunds of packages purchased through Qatar Airways?
No. These refunds will be handled directly by our partner Qatar Airways. Their team will be in touch in due course.
How can I refund my ticket if I purchased it through a third-party platform?
The LOC is only responsible for refunds of tickets bought through the official event website roadtoqatar.qa. Please refer to the third-party platform and their refund policies.
